T & F Throws Academy
Track and Field is another one of our passions. As we started to explore our options with the North building the idea of an indoor track facility sounded to good to pass up. We are so pumped about our facility, our coaching staff, and the opportunity this is going to provide area track and field athletes.

2024 Highlights: DII Javelin National Champion, 3 Discus State Champions, 1 State Shot Put Runner-Up, 1 State Javelin 3rd Place, 4 other state medalist, 5 other state qualifiers! #1 ranked 8th grade women's discus thrower in the nation, PR's across the board for everyone!

2025 Highlights: 3A Men's and Women's Javelin Champ, multiple state medalist and state placers in all throwing events!

Fall Throws Academy 2025: Was a huge success, all sessions were basically full with returners and new throwers.

Winter Throws Academy 2025
5 Session, last week of January and February. Pay close attention to who is allowed in each session.
